Microdosing Coaching & Education

Science based education. Intentional guidance. Practical integration.

Whether you're new to microdosing or looking to deepen your understanding, Soul Grove provides education and coaching designed to help you explore plant medicine with clarity, curiosity, and intention.

What is Microdosing?

Microdosing is the practice of taking very small, sub-perceptual amounts of a substance or compound as part of a broader approach to supporting wellbeing, awareness, and personal development. While this concept is often discussed in relation to psychedelics, the underlying principle extends more widely to intentional, low-dose engagement with various natural or supplemental substances in a mindful and structured way.

At Soul Grove, the focus is on education, harm reduction, and integration support. We explore current research, intentional practices, and reflective tools that help you make informed and conscious decisions about your own wellbeing journey, regardless of the specific substance being considered.

This coaching is educational in nature and is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for licensed mental health care.

How Can I Support You?

Microdosing is not simply about the substance itself. Meaningful change comes from education, intention, and integration. Soul Grove provides support through three key areas:

My Approach

Microdosing is more than following a protocol or taking a capsule. Meaningful change comes through education, intention, and integration.

My coaching is grounded in current research while honoring each person's unique experiences and goals. Together, we'll explore the science behind microdosing, develop intentional practices, and create space for reflection so that insights can become lasting change.

I believe informed decisions are empowering decisions. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide education, ask thoughtful questions, and help you develop a practice that aligns with your values and intentions.

Education & Professional Training

I believe responsible coaching begins with ongoing education, ethical practice, and a commitment to lifelong learning. The credentials below represent a portion of my professional training, with additional certifications and specialized education coming soon!

Accredited Microdosing Facilitator

I was a member of the inaugural 2023 cohort of the Microdosing Institute's Accredited Microdosing Facilitator program, completing an intensive ten month course of study focused on ethical facilitation, harm reduction, current research, and responsible microdosing education.

During my training, I also served as the Intake Coordinator for North and South America. In this role, I conducted comprehensive intake conversations with prospective students, helping assess their readiness for the program through education, health history, personal intentions, and overall alignment with the cohort. This experience deepened my understanding of ethical facilitation, participant preparation, and the importance of creating safe, intentional learning environments.

Certificate in Integrative Psychedelic Studies (VITAL)

I completed the VITAL Certificate in Integrative Psychedelic Studies through Psychedelics Today, a 12-month professional training program designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in psychedelic education, safety, and integration practices.

This 180+ hour program explored psychedelic research, clinical perspectives, transpersonal approaches, Indigenous perspectives, harm reduction, ethics, and integration modalities. Through live instruction, small group learning, and experiential education, VITAL expanded my understanding of the importance of preparation, support, and integration throughout the psychedelic experience.

This training continues to shape my education-first approach by emphasizing responsible use, thoughtful guidance, and the importance of supporting each individual's unique journey.

Continuing Education

Learning is an ongoing part of my work. Additional certifications, professional training, and educational credentials will be added here as they are completed, reflecting my commitment to ethical practice and staying current with emerging research.
